1. Copyright Infringement Policy
Charg Cloud, Inc. (“Charg”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same.
It is Charg’s policy to respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted on Charg Cloud’s services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice that includes the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location
- Your contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- your signature
- identification of the removed material
- a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Charg may restore the content unless legal action is initiated.
4. Repeat Infringers
Charg may terminate access to the services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
