- Charg acts as a data processor for customer workloads
Customers are responsible for determining lawful bases for processing personal data within their workloads.

Charg implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
4. International Data Transfers
Personal data may be processed or stored outside the EEA, including in the United States, using lawful safeguards.
5. Data Subject Rights
Individuals may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, subject to applicable law.

A Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is available upon request.
