Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Applicability
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of Charg Cloud’s services by customers, resellers, and end users.
2. General Use Requirements
Services may be used only for lawful purposes.
3. Prohibited Activities
Includes:
- illegal or harmful activity
- security abuse or network attacks
- infrastructure abuse
- IP infringement
- prohibited content
4. AI, Compute, and GPU-Specific Restrictions
Prohibited uses include:
- harmful or evasive AI workloads
- unauthorized scraping
- cryptomining unless approved
- billing evasion
5. Resellers and White-Label Use
Resellers are responsible for enforcing this AUP. Charg may act directly to protect infrastructure.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
Charg may monitor usage and enforce compliance.
7. Suspension and Termination
Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect services or comply with law.
8. No Waiver
Failure to enforce does not waive future enforcement.

Updates apply prospectively..
